Mysuru, the cultural capital of Karnataka, is highly accessible for international and domestic delegates alike. The primary international gateway is Kempegowda International Airport (BLR) in Bengaluru, located approximately 180 km from the conference venue. For a seamless transfer, delegates can board the KSRTC FlyBus — a premium, air-conditioned luxury coach operating directly from the Bengaluru airport terminal to the Mysuru central bus station, with a travel time of roughly 3.5 to 4 hours. Two daily flights are operated to Mysore Airport via Hyderabad or Chennai.

Alternatively, delegates travelling by rail can reach Mysuru Junction (MYS) via high-speed transit, including the premium Vande Bharat Express or Shatabdi Express from Bengaluru, reducing the journey to just 2 hours, or by other trains that take 3 hours to reach Mysore (CSIR-CFTRI is just a three-minute walk from Platform number 6 exit, i.e. back exit). Those opting for road travel can utilize the state-of-the-art Bengaluru-Mysuru Expressway (NH-275) for a rapid, under-2-hour drive.

Currently, the city experiences mild, pleasant daytime temperatures around 28°C, with an average daily high of 29°C and evening lows of 23°C. Due to occasional overcast conditions and light seasonal showers common at this time of year, delegates are advised to pack light tropical clothing and a compact umbrella or a light rain jacket for outdoor excursions.
